The control of Brushless DC Motor plays a major role in many applications. In BLDC motors, rotor magnets generate the rotor’s magnetic flux, allowing BLDC motors to achieve higher efficiency. The speed control of BLDC sensed by Hall Effect Sensor.
The hall effect sensor senses the speed of the motor. The speed data sent to Arduino. The Arduino sends the PWM signal to the BLDC Motor. According to the current speed, a variation on the Duty cycle occurs. The variation of Duty cycle alters the speed of the motor.
