IRF520 Mosfet Module:
A power IRF520 Mosfet is a specific type of metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed to handle significant power levels. The power MOSFET is the most widely used low-voltage (that is, less than 200 V) switch. It can be found in most power supplies, DC to DC Converters and low voltage motor controllers.
IRF520 Mosfet module is a breakout board for the IFR 520. It is designed to switch heavy DC loads from a single digital pin of your Arduino or any 5-volt micro-controller. Its main purpose is to provide a low-cost way to drive a DC motor for robotics applications, but the module can be used to control most high current DC loads. Screw terminals are provided to interface to your load an external power source. An LED indicator provides a visual indication of when your load is being switched.
